CANCELLATION POLICY
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival..
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- No prepayment is needed.

CITY TAX
From 07/01/2011 the Municipality of Florence has established the City Tax -deliberation n° 230/33 of 06/20/2011, n°50 of 07/28/2014 and n°03/02/2015 of the Town Council- applied on overnight stays of NON residents in Florence, for a maximum of 7 consecutive overnight stays. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the tax. The amount of the tax charged by our structure is of € 4.90 per person, per overnight stay. As per the latest regulatory provisions of the Municipality of Florence for all reservations after 1 April 2023 the tourist tax for updated Residenze d'Epoca will be 7.00 euros per person per night.
